Legal notice
Sovereign AI Services is a commercial software platform operated by Apex Intelligence Empire (ABN 71 672 237 795, registered in Victoria, Australia). It is not a nation, state, government or sovereign entity and confers no citizenship, nationality, legal status or rights. "Charter", "credential", "workspace" and similar terms describe software features only. The platform provides cryptographic verification, timestamping and record-keeping tools; it does not provide legal, financial, immigration or investment advice. Use is governed by the Terms of Service.
The source code of this site is not open source. Everything under /api/public/, the machine-readable documents and the offline verifier may be mirrored and redistributed commercially with no account; the source code is not licensed to copy. Terms clauses 10 to 12 set this out in full.
Apex PSI is not a tool and not a product. It is the verification substrate — the layer beneath proof. It does not judge. It does not certify. It only remembers.
A digest does not argue. It reproduces, or it does not.
