platform's integrity claims would be meaningless if they were:

1. PUBLISHED RECORDS AND VERIFICATION DATA.
   Everything served under /api/public/, together with /charter.json,
   /.well-known/did.json, /.well-known/sovereign-ai.json, /openapi.json,
   /llms.txt, /feed.xml and /sitemap.xml, may be freely fetched, cached,
   mirrored, republished and independently verified by anyone, for any purpose,
   including commercially, with no permission and no account. Mirroring the
   ledger in full is expressly permitted and expressly encouraged.

2. THE OFFLINE VERIFIER.
   public/offline-verifier.html may be freely copied, hosted and redistributed
   so that receipts remain verifiable without this platform.

The APEX PSI protocol is developed separately. Nothing here grants any right in
it, nor in any third-party trade mark named on the site.
